ADA MP-1 Schematic AND Board layout needed

I've tried in vain to get into the ADA forum, with no response for months.  Anyone have a copy of the schematic and a copy of the board layout?  The board isn't labeled.  

My guitarist gave me his, and it works, but the output is extremely weak and fizzy.  Almost like a shot gain pot, but I doubt that's it.  Tube is fine.
