Hello.

I am trying to build a Runoffgroove ruby mini amp.
I have all the parts and I have mounted them on a Bread board but it does not sound.
Everything is turn on and getting the 9 volts, I put a LED and it is lit.

But there is no sound coming from the speaker.
The first time I tried there was this radio interference. I checked the connections and now I have the problem of not
getting any sound.

Any Idea?
I am powering trough an AC/DC adapter providing the 9 v.
I followed this http://www.beavisaudio.com/bboard/projects/bbp_Ruby_Rev_1_1.pdf
Only mention that is missing a cap 100uF that I did add like in the runoffgroove's schems.

Are you sure you're using a proper adapter, have it wired in the correct polarity, etc? If you're not 100% sure, try running it with a fresh 9v battery.

Also, are you using an actual "Beavis Board", or just a plain breadboard? Pictures of your build would help greatly!

Are you aure you are running POWER and GROUND to both sides of the bread board? (There is no jumper shown in the Beavis layout)

Are you powering ALL of the used power rails? Are you grounding all of the used ground rails?

Step back and take another look at your breadboard setup and ensure that it is ALL connected correctly and nothing is missing or in the wrong spot.

Good Luck  ;D

That's what caught my eye as well. There's a page in the Beavis pdf documentation that shows the jumpers, not sure if ivse used them.
