Need MK1 Tonebender layout

Hey whats up? The tittle says most of it. I'm looking for the original MK1 Tonebender layout but cant seem to find it anywhere. I used to have it but i cant find it i looked everywhere. Hope someone can save me haha. Thanks guys.

here's the Hurst version. basically the same thing, easily modified to the other version.
