dual fx hardwire combo question

basically i want to combine this



with

now on the oscilator scheme the input should be marked Vcc but i forgot to write it down. no to the question. if i was to combine these 2 together to make 1 fx how would i wire them? which fx goes 1st on the board and with the oscilator input being Vcc would i need 2 batteries?

also i can only post a small paragraph at a time so please bare with me on any prolific posting. now the vr1 thing is marked B10K(FREQ) and is a potentiometer, sorry about its illedgability.

  Don't see polarity markings, 2222 looks 'upside down'...as if the circuit is + Gnd. ...regardless:
   2 batteries will work/required for polarity circuits.
   A polarity reverser [max 1044 has better equivalent chips] that gets +9 and -9 [or so] volts from 9v battery would work.
   Floating power supplies [filter/reg/filter] pretty much = same number of batteries.
   + Gnd. circuits cannot work with -Gnd. circuits on a common power supply gnd. because the battery +/- poles would connect and short.

i'm still a noob at best so i've no clue about its polarity. the psuedo ring mods #4 pole is a +9v, and i'll have to go back and recheck the original schematic on the oscilator just to make sure of the arrow direction(that is what you mean't by its polarity right???) and on the original scheme all i saw was the input symbol and it was marked Vcc with no +or- indicators. so i'm highly confused about how its powered.

ok i just went and rechecked the oscilator scheme and the transister is drawn correctly. the only concerns i have is how do i power the oscilator and which fx comes 1st. in the circuit?
