Famous tube boost schematic, need values

I've seen this schematic talked about countless times, but I can't find the values for the resistors and caps. Does anyone have the key that goes with this image?

That is a different schematic.

I dunno the exact values but  its almost a standard valve preamp, so the caps C1 C2 C3 will be ruffly 22n, R1 R4 will prolly be 1M, R2 R3 can be 100k -330K...try 100K first. C4 can be 100n ..trial and error here, use what suits best.

That is a different schematic.

Compare the pin and part numbers on the schematic in the link blooze_man gave with what you've posted, it's the same thing just drawn differently.

Blooze pointed to a schematic.

They show the SAME circuit, different ways, and even the same part numbers (C2, R4, etc).
