EA Tremolo LFO Section Question

I am trying to understand the workings of the EA Tremolo LFO section. It looks like some kind of Twin T with the two caps and the Rate resistor being one of the Ts. I can't quite see the other side of it.
An oxymoron - clean transistor boost.

Figured it out. It is a phase shift oscillator.
