Hi there!

would like to add a LED pedal ON/OFF indicator. Can anyone tell me how I would wire a 3PDT into the this circuit.

i actually youtube'd it and it sounded like a tremolo that went quite fast on max speed. i actually liked it. gonna try it out sometime soon only that i'd love to have a schem first not trace it from the thing

Its a vintage Fender Tremolo ( work alike )

have ran into a problem though, am not sure where the purple and black wires that would go to a DPDT.
Should now go on on my 3DPT for LED ON/OFF indication.

hmmmmm $:-\$

any ideas?

hmm im not good with tremolo kind of effects (it looks like an EA kind of concept scheme) and i can't say for sure if that DPDT has to be there. may be it's better to hook it up those two wires together and put a true bypass? at the input and output? :shrug:

still couldn't find any schematics for this one which would make the things waaaay easier

hmm does look like a more simple EA trem.
too bad I aint got the zener, i'd breadboard it now

You can use LEDs instead of the zener just put a few of them in series, until you measure about 6 or 7 volts at the bottom of the 39k resistor. Or a 100k resistor instead of the zener will probably work well enough to test the circuit.

ok what is the trim supposed to do then? i dont have a 1Meg pot/trim

Looks like the trim adjusts some sort of bias voltage for transistor. A 100k pot or trim will probably work.
