I imagine I can use a SPST on/on switch or half a DPDT on/on switch to replace the little sucker inside these old pedals, right?

The couple of delays my buddy and I have work  but the switches are crap and most of the plastic covers are disintegrating or missing parts by now.
Thanks, gurus!

If it makes sense to repair the pedal, this is the switch that was used in the older models:

You may also want to consider re-housing, in which case a stomp switch would be wanted:

Cool, that's just what I needed!
The housing on these might be a bit tight for the "soft touch" switch, I imagine?
I found a plastic ON/ON that I'm using right now, but it is really cheap and the connectors are on the bottom--It's too tight for replacing the bottom plate without stand-off washers.

Thanks

I may not have been completely clear:

Yea, if you want to use a stomp switch, you might want to strip out the guts of the pedal and re-build in a cast enclosure so that you have a stable chassis and room for the switch. It's a fair amount of work, but can be worthwhile for a pedal you like.

Thanks,
Kinda figured that's the gist of it.  Cool!
