Hi Everyone,

I'm new to DIYng pedals and I was wondering about appropriate packaging on BBD ICs. I recently bought 10 pairs of MN3007 and MN3101 from a local store. Here in the Philippines we have a town full of Electronic Component Stores so it's pretty normal that the price here is lower compared to any online store. Each BBD IC is about $0.58 each and they put these ICs in a sheet of paper as its packaging by hand. As I read the datasheet on MN3101 it say CMOS. Isn't that these BBDs and Clock Drivers are sensitive to ESD? If so, are all series have the same sensitivity? MN31xx VS MN32xx.

Any thoughts would be appretiated.

Thanks!
