Small Clone tran orientation Question

Is it just me or is Q3 oriented opposite the silkscreen/layout. I'm just not sure so any help is appreciated.

Not sure what you mean, the picture of the layout with the components overlaid matches the schematic, collector to 9 volts, emitter to the pins of the CD4047.
