I have what appears to be a voltage regulator, but I can't seem to find any info on it.  It has three pins, and ( I think) a heat sink on top.  The body is a black rectangle with the Motorola logo printed on it.  It also has 90 with 22 underneath. What I think is the part # is printed along the bottom edge, which is TE2482.  Does anybody know what this is exactly?  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  I have a feeling that someone is going to find the info easily on Google, and I'm going to feel bad for asking such an obvious question, but nothing ventured nothing gained...or something.

Only thing I come up with is NTE2428 - different manufacturer. What's it in?
