Mutron BiPhase 5Pin plug? Where to get it?

I have a friend who owns a BiPhase but does not have the expression pedal. He'd like to have one to use.

It looks like the original pedal used an optipot setup but looking the schem, I'm pretty sure I could get away with a wah casing with a 25K pot.

I'd rather not have to drill a hole in the guy's pedal though.

So can anyone point me in the direction of the correct sized 5pin male plug that I could use?

The original jack is a 5 pin MIDI DIN just like the old style AT keyboard jack.  You can find an exact drop in here http://store.curiousinventor.com/5-pin-midi-din-panel-mount-connector.html
