I recently got a Boss PS-5 and I'm looking for an expression pedal for it. I was thinking of just getting a Boss FV-50 (although it seems kinda hard to control the swell because of its lack of tension), but I'd rather have something I can use as a wah and volume as well. I already own a Wah/Volume Morley pedal which works with the PS-5, but I hate it and I want to replace it with something better. The swell is shite, I start to get pitch shifting halfway through (I'm tired of messing around with the LEDs and LDRs in vain), and it feels really uncomfortable to use it (haven't tried if I can adjust its tension somehow, though).
As far as Google search says, one of the (best?) alternatives I have is the old Mister Crybaby. Do you know if it would work as an expression pedal in the volume mode? That boost thing makes me suspicious... But if it does, and the rocker feels like a normal Crybaby, I would go with it without a second thought. However, any opinions on its wah sound and volume swell would be highly appreciated. Also, other pedal suggestions are welcome.
The schematic I found is right here: http://analogguru.an.ohost.de/001/schematics/Jen_MrCrybaby.gif
I guess it's easy to tell, but sadly my electronics knowledge is close to zero, sorry.

Thanks guys!
