Wiring without battery clip

Hey guys,

I don't have a battery clip on me but I'm eager to test my first pedal =)

Can someone quickly show me how to wire it without the battery clip?

If you have an old 9 volt battery, you can make a battery clip from it. Just open the battery up and take the top off. I've done this a couple of times and it works fine.

just use alligator clips to connect the battery to the same spots the battery clip would go to...
