Two circuits, one power source?

Hello Everyone!
This is my first post on the board, though certainly not the first time I've been here for an answer to a problem!
I did a google search for info on this and did not turn anything useful up, so please be gentle if this has been asked before. :)

I'm building an interface box for my personal pedal board that has a buffer on an output and a buffer on an input, so I'll have two small buffer circuits tied into
the respective signal paths complete with toggle on/off switches to take the buffer out if desired. No LED's. My question is, what do I need to take into
account to power two seperate circuits simultaneously? Do I just take another lead off the 9vdc jack?

Any and all help is much appreciated!
Thanks!

Yes. This is no different electronically to having two buffers on one PCB.
Bringing you yesterday's technology tomorrow.
