Thanks for the reply. I have the Gaussmarkov Eagle library, which is a great help, I use these parts all the time. It has a 3PDT switch, but I'm not sure that it would work correctly on a PCB. The holes look too small and the pads are not large enough, or at least that's how it looks to me in Eagle.

You can print it out on paper and verify.  If it's not correct for the part you have, find a video on Youtube that walks you through how to edit parts in the library.  I wouldn't try to go it alone, its a non obvious process.
