Lpb-1 as a boost into a Bazz fuss

i breadboarded a bazz fuss and an lpb-1

the lpb1 works great AFTER the BF , if i put it in front it doesnt work ?

  Test that all grounds are common and read supply V and measure the V-biases, probe the signal path, that and more in the "Degubbing: What to do when it doesn't work" sticky.
  Faulty breadboard connections may be suspected also.
