I have not yet tested this for accuracy, but I created it using the specs in the Hammond datasheet. The DC jack is positioned for a snap-in, which is a little bit smaller than the regular 2.1mm most people use. IOW, you will probably have to move the drill hole up a bit if using that type of DC jack. The input output jacks are meant to be open metal frame types, and the tabs bent backward (so as to not touch the 3PDT).

Image should be printed at 600DPI...looks like Photobucket changed the image size though. grrr.
