Line 6 dl4 feedback loop mod?

Just wondering if it's possible to put a feedback loop in a dl4 like the new ehx deluxe memory man?

Do you mean an insert point for the repeats to be modified by a secondary effect?  If so, I'm highly doubtful that what you seek is feasible.

Digital effects run the gamut, from those that use a small amount of digitalness in anotherwise analog signal path (e.g.,most PT2399-based effects and some of  the oldest Boss digital delays), to those whose analog aspects extend to only what leads up tot he A/D converter and what leads from it to the output jack.  The DL4 is essentially of the latter type.
