Hi!
I build the Fuzz-Central "Fender Bender", and it has a very loud hummmmming sound when i turn up the Blend knob!
It`s not useable as it is, what can i do to get this f*** noise away???
Cheers Kaox

Humming often means a grounding problem. Check all of the connections to ground in the circuit.

I made a copy of the Fender Blender, but on a topoticone layout PCB, and other.  I gave BC108C transistors, everything ok.

Now i modified his, to be better for bass guitar. I gave low gain transistors (2N222 and BC550B), and other capacitors, few different values of resistors, and switch for omitting octave, and pot to balance between dry fuzz and tone, witch switch off tone. Everything ok.

In the original values, drive signal is much bigger than clean. Vol on minimum, blend almost max, and be good ;)

This fuzz is my favorite.
