help wanted - GE-7 bypass problem

Happy Holiday to you guys...

this just happen few hours ago... my trusty BOSS GE-7 (Japs) just silenced for 2-3 secs when bypassed.. then the sound came gradually..(like i'm cranking the volume from zero) ..

now it just happen again and again.. the rest work fine.. but when i press the bypass switch it goes dead for 2-4 seconds....
only when i bypass...

someone sez that Q1 is failing... true..?

changing all the flippy transistor Q2,Q3,Q4,Q5... will post the result soon... very soon..
