Ground wiring using plastic jacks ...

Didn't find my answer anywhere here so i'll have to ask again ,
What's a good ground wiring for plastic jacks ? Star wiring or jack to jack (with the main ground on the output jack) ( i've seen this elsewhere  )

I normally do jack to jack, ground the output jack to the case, and run a wire from the output jack to ground on the DC jack.
