Source for 1/2 rack cases in UK?

Hi all,
I'm about to start building a project that I'd like to house in a 1/2 rack width 1U enclosure.  Does anyone know of a source of reasonably priced enclosures in the UK at all?  One solution I was thinking of was to hack a full-width 1U blanking panel into two 1/2 width ones and screwing this to the front of another rectangular enclosure.

Any ideas anyone?

I don"t know about buying preamde rack cases accept for maybe "Parmetal" ...... http://www.par-metal.com/

If you are a bit handy you can make a pretty nice looking Chassis from aluminum sheet/plate ......

I made a big 19in wide x 8in deep x 6in tall chassis from 1/8 in aluminum sheet and 1/2 in aluminum plate , i used it for a 300w guitar amp . cost about $60 for the metal and an hour to assemble ......

Maplin sell a few rack cases here http://www.maplin.co.uk/standard-rack-mounting-instrument-cases-34159. I'm not sure they do 1/2 cases though.

I had a look on studiospares.com but didnt find what you want, they sell some rack parts by adam halls, maybe have a look at their site http://www.adamhall.com/uk/. Hope you find what your looking for

I notice that Hammond actually do a 1/2 rack case but its very expensive.  I might have a go a modifying a full width one.
