NPN transistor tester circuit ?

Besides reversing the battery orientation, would anything need to change in RG's transistor tester circuit below to test NPN transistors instead of PNP?

Nope, just the battery.

Edit: Oh and the test leads. Make sure your test leads are connected correctly. Black to ground and red to 9v+.

Would you adjust anything in the circuit if you are using a wallwart adapter?
My 1Spot puts out 9.4v steady, would I want to adjust the resistors or anything?

Nope, You shouldn't need to adjust any of the existing resistors in the circuit with a wall adapter. The .4v over 9v shouldn't make any noticeable difference. What will matter more is the temp of the room.

check a fresh battery. or two. don't always believe what it says on the label... (this doesn't just apply to batteries...)
