Remember you want a hard sanding block.
I use a piece of oak.

I sand in one direction, then in the other so can see in the sanding marks if there is any low points.

I wonder...
Make sure when you print the design that you have "Toner Saving" turned OFF in the print dialog.
It either lays a thinner layer of toner, or puts pinholes in the solid areas, like Ecofont does.

OR maybe the toner from the Xerox Phaser isn't good for transfers after all.  :icon_sad:
Sorry bro, at least the label stock method worked FWIW. :icon_wink:

P.S. is there any way you can get ahold of some "test stock"?
Go to your local scrap metal place and see if they have some flat pieces of thick-ish aluminum that you can do test runs on.
All children left unattended will be given a mocha and a puppy

Sticking the sheet of sandpaper, spray adhesive, to a large perfectly flat surface and taking the enclosure to the sandpaper moving the enclosure rather then taking your sandpaper to the enclosure and moving the sandpaper will prevent the rounding over of edges.
