Behringer dx100 true bypass problem

Dear friends, I really would like to recover one of my first "bad mod": behringer fx100 multi-fx. On my newbie mind the flip flop could be replaced by a truebypass(!), so after this change with no result , I took the original flip flop and, remounting , I reversed it by 90• degrees.(do-ho!) After that  mistake  the fx (with flip flop correctelly oriented or not , wouldn't work! Can anybody help me to' understand if there is some to' do to recover this usefull fx? Thanx

Ooops, sending the last message with mobile phone my T9 corrected "FX" in "DX", the stomp is the FX100  - DIGITAL MULTIFX FX100 - Behringer, any suggestion?

I don't know what you did, or did wrong, but....

There's little info about this product except a photo of a very complicated SMD PCD. While out of production, eBay has some going for $30-$40.
