how do i do the off board wiring without the led and battery clip ? Just omit the battery clip wires and use two mono jacks for removal of battery clip, and simply connecting the dc jack to the in section on my pcb ? Am i right to say that ??

1. do i use mono jacks for both instead ?
2. Do i just remove the LED and the 4k7 resistor ? and let the wire length run from the dc jack to the 3pdt jack straight ?

1. If you want. If you clip out the battery, you obviously aren't using the lug any more, so you can get away with the monos, but a stereo isn't going to hurt anything if that's all you have on hand.

2. Yes, and don't use that row of the switch. Don't even worry about soldering the grounds in place. Just eliminate the left row of lugs altogether. This is where you could save a couple pennies and go with a DPDT rather than the 3PDT. ETA: Just to clarify, though... you do need to run your ground wire to, in the diagram, the center, lower, and then run that to the board.
Give a man Fuzz, and he'll jam for a day... teach a man how to make a Fuzz and he'll never jam again!

dont connect the dc jack to the in spot on your pcb.  connect it to the 9v pad, and ground to ground.  you will also have to ground 1 jack to the pcb.  the chassis will provide the ground for the other jack, unless you have a plastic enclosure, in which case you will need to ground both jacks.
