Does this diagram look like a solid shielded cable scheme?

You could try to shield the transformers also, with some bent metal shapes, make a sort of a sub - enclosure for them. Also, use a toroidal transformer, those have less radiation than E-I ones.
Or use an external tansformer, AC or DC. Not as practical, I know, but safer regarding noise.

I already bought two Weber 8-secondary IE transformers. I figured it'd cost more than I wanted to have special toroidal ones made. I think I will invest some effort in shielding the transformers too.
