can anyone build this? $$

Below is a schematic for a box  - I know nothing about hardware, so I'm wondering if anyone here would be interested in building it? I would of course pay for a working box, actually two of them, so I'm hoping this could be a win-win.  The schematic was created by a member here (great work, thank you!), a self-proclaimed newbie, so while he had help from others here, for which I am grateful, there may still be issues to work out.  The box has one footswitch, with LEDs, and it switches both an amp channel and between two fx loops. There is a pot which provides a variable delay between the fx switch and amp channel switch. I can of course provide much more information. Anyone interested?

Do you actually have the PIC code to program onto the chip. It seems to me that you are not needing to find  someone to build this for you but to also finish off designing it as the schematic isn't really complete, and without code for the chip will do nothing at all ? If you can go into more detail people may be more willing to get involved.

Please at least have 1 forum post before sending me a PM demanding something.

this is  a basic design, which anyone with experience could build. The author sells his code. I could build the code, but at my rates its cheaper to buy one as I would need to build this out to test the code. They way this is configured, you could do with a relay and simple switches. There are a lot of these on this board, so I would advise using those or buy the code from this guy.

Ice-9 - thanks for pointing that out, yes, someone would need to write the code. Iccaros, the author of the schematic hasn't written the code, he didn't have time to finish the project.  I realize I may be asking for a lot, but I am willing to pay.. .though honestly I have no idea what the cost would be.

BTW, the thread which led to this schematic is here:

More detail:
What I need exactly is a box with jacks for two fx loops, a jack for amp channel switching, in/out jacks, plus a single footswtich which does this:

When pressed, it switches the amp channel, delays for some period, then switches to fx loop 2. When pressed again, it switches to fx loop 1, delays for some period, then switches the amp channel.  Note that the order of the switching reverses on each press.

Two colored LEDs to indicate which loop is selected.  Ideally blue, green or yellow for loop 1, and red for loop2.

Ideally it would have a polarity switch, which determines which amp channel goes with which fx loop.  If this isn't possible, then fx loop 1 should go with the amp clean channel, and fx loop 2 with the drive channel.

The amp I'll be switching is a Hot Rod Deluxe.  I dont' know the exact specs for the switch, but I know the following one works with this amp, if that helps. If you need more info about it let me know.

I'm not sure how long the delay should be.  250ms?  Someone suggested a pot to give variable delay, but I don't want to make this too difficult for you. Otherwise I guess we would decide on a delay time, and if that turns out to be too short or too long, I send back the unit and you make the change to the code? I dont' know how involved all of that is.

I'll be putting it into a crowded pedalboard, so smaller is better, but I know I can't be picky. Whatever works for you.

No need for a battery, just standard BOSS 9vDC center negative.

Here's an example of exactly what I'm looking for, without the delays of course:
