Maxon SD-9 overdrive problems...

hi all... iv got this new maxon sd-9,.. and its start to giv me problems...  its fine when bypassed.. but when effect on,.. i can play about 5 minutes and suddenly it turns like gated fuzzy like using a dead battery.. (i'm using DC Brick,btw)...

i changed the 100uf filter caps.. disconnect the 1n4002 diodes, change the op-amp... but still wont help.... the circuit (pcb) looks fairly simple... but still i have no clue at all what went wrong... please help

All those wires... check if they're soldered in properly
