What are the voltages that you should have on a mn3005?

I have four mn3005 on my bench and they give two kind of voltages:
two give
1) 14.75
2) 7.41
3) 6.74
4) 6.74
5) 0
6) 7.41
7) 8.14
8 ) 0

And two give
1) 14.75
2) 7.41
3) 5.03
4) 5.02
5) 0
6) 7.41
7) 8.14
8 ) 0

The difference is on pin 3 and pin 4.
They are actual mn3005s. I tested them in an aquapuss copy and measured the delay times they delivered which was around 300ms.

Is this neglectable or not?

As you trim the pin 7 "bias" voltage, pins 3 and 4 should follow, but about 2V lower. They are MOSFET source followers. The exact input/output difference depends on MOSFET threshold voltage, which depends on chip-maker and wafer processing.

It does not look wrong to me.

Thanks for clarifying that.
