I think, we started GTOs separately at the same time. First version was made with calipers and no mind, later we've used 3d modeling.

This is second version's photo, nov-2013. And it featured with 3W step up transformer 12V AC -> 250VAC (on photo it is black, between lamps).
Transformer replaced with noiseless half bridge only at 2015.

In Russia we have strong laws about drugs. Any positive manner about narcotics could cause 2 years of prison, so that's why formula is not full

Well, I don't know if - again - these stompboxes could be considered as "Exceptional" or "Pro" etc... But for sure, it is my upper limit in terms of box finishes, which is much lower than most of yours with your etched and painted "Amazing" finishes. One of you (deadastronaut, I believe) qualified this style as "Retro-Cool"
