Which clean boost can/should I build?

I'm using an analog multimeter so it will not be exact measurements, but good enough I guess.

Rew those voltage ...they are all over the place.

Pin 7 should have about 8.3V on it (you sure there's not a short somewhere in or around R11/D2)

Try removing the opamp & see if pin 7 goes up in voltage....if it does't lift one leg of R11 OUT OF THE CIRCUIT.
