Stereo junction box

I was thinking about building a box for all of my stereo out effects to go to and it would send all the signals to a single output for a second amp.

Is this as easy as it sounds?  Even with adding individual volume controls and possibly buffers or boosters it doesn't seem like it would be all too complicated.

Any ideas or does anything like this exist?

just an enclosure where i could plug 3 stereo outs from 3 different pedals into and it would send them all to 1 amp.
