Boss DM-2 Replica Delay - Help

Hello!
I am building a replica of a legendary BOSS DM-2 Guitar Pedal. I finished my wiring and problem appeared - like always. But that problem does not go away. I tried rebuilding it a couple of time without success.
I am hopping that someone can help me whit this.
So the pedal (it is wired on protoboard) works when the switch in off... so I get out clean sound. But when I turned on switch for effect it does not change at all, it stays clean and LED indicator does not shine.

I think maybe is the problem wiring to REPEAT RATE knob? In the shematic diagram is strange wiring. Can some one please check this? (Its on my first picture (top view) on bottom-right corner)

hi,
this schematic is work well,I did one. you said sw off no problem, is it bypass sw? if yes, you may wrong wiring.
My tric when the circuit not working I will use small metal piece as screw driver touch the audio patch from output to input of circuit
and see with point has no signal.

Hm... Since this is only test if components works well on proto board i used as switch only wire. If switch is connected I put two wires together and if not I didt connecct them.
