Hello! So I have recently built the Gaussmarkov Gristleizer fromhttp://gaussmarkov.net/wordpress/circuits/gristleizer/. I know that it originally runs off of two 9v batteries but I wanted to put the Bi-polar power supply circuit into it to run it off of a single 9v power supply. I used again the Gaussmarkov http://gaussmarkov.net/wordpress/circuits/bipolar-9v-power-supply/

The circuit works off of the 9 volt batteries.

I don't know if I am hooking it up wrong but it will not work. I have built two of that circuit and one of another verified circuit and the pedal will not function properly. I get sound and signal that is close to the bypassed signal but it effect does not work. I am going crazy trying to figure this out. I hooked up the 9v+ out of the bi polar to the 9v+ of the gristleizer, and the same with the 9v-, and hooked the ground to the ground. And nothing. Am I completely missing something? Please help! Thanks!
