Building an ABY pedal

Hey guys. I'm curious, how would I go about wiring an ABY pedal with LEDs using a 2PDT switches?

thanks guys. Definitely not looking for anything too complicated. I have a Morley A/B/Y that I was rehousing, and I had to throw out the circuit board, so just trying to figure out how to wire the switches. The only wiring diagrams I have found thus far did not include LEDs.

hmmmm...i  was messing around with a similar idea a while back for an AB...never got round to trying it out though...

but heres the idea i had..might be bad, might be good.....who knows!!!...not an ABY but hey ho...

It's only missing the Y but that looks simple enough.
What did you use to draw that up BTW?

@papasmurf:  i used inkscape, with a pdf of pedalparts from my gallery....pedal vectorpack, click on download..... very handy for designing..

Thanks Rob - it's pretty basic, but I've learnt so much in the last 12 months here that I though I'd start trying to give a little back!

Yeah, I've been jamming with it tonight... going from my JetCity to my Vox... and then BOTH... and back again! haha

do both leds come on when in 'Y' mode?

Yeah, both LEDs come on when it is "A AND B"
The trick is remembering which output was active when you go back to "A OR B" mode.
It'd be cool to have some sort of indication of that... hmmm...

I just made a quick change... does this look right?

Hmmm... I just build the ABY Box with 3 lights above... and the LEDs don't seem to work correctly.
The middle LED (BOTH) only briefly flashes on and off when it's supposed to be on.
The 2 LEDs off the OR footswitch (OUT1 and OUT2) work as expected.
I'm not sure why it's not working 
Any ideas anyone?

Give the both LED its own current limiting resistor. Running two LEDs off one resistor doesn't work reliably, because one LED will turn on at a lower voltage than the other, that one will light up and the voltage is then too low to turn the other one on. Both OR LEDs sharing a resistor is fine because only one is on at once.
