Fx loop with multiple modes

Hi everybody !

First post there, and also first pedal project I would like to begin, I must need some help because I have no electronic basis  

here is the idea: FX Loop with multiple modes and output choices.

only 1 Send and 1 Return, all true bypass, 2 or 3 outputs

- "normal mode" with footswitch +  led and Blend knob

- "momentary mode" with momentary footswitch (like the EHX chill switch) + led and Blend knob too

- "feedback mode" with momentary footswitch (is there any knob with the feedback fx loop pedal usually?) => this mode is optionnal

- expression pedal jack for the normal mode, Blend control (to wet progressively the signal with the effects of the loop)

- toggle switches for every mode to assign the loop to the outputs or not



I've found Loooper.com that makes fxloop pedals with that kind of options, but they are not answering and I would like to start to build my own pedals, so let me know if it is possible to make, what ameliorations would you propose or what alternatives you might have.
