Problem with Echo Base feedback and level controls

I just finished my echo base project, and I'm having problems with the feedback and level controls.  The feedback only gives 1 repeat until it's turned to about 90%, and then goes to 3 repeats until it's turned to maximum, where it goes to many repeats.  The level behaves the same way, it gives very little until turned to about 90%.  I've checked the wiring and it's right according to the layout.  Both pots are A100k in accordance with the build instructions.  Anyone have any ideas or have this problem themselves?

At a quick glance i found 1 10k in a 47k spot.  I tested it and it's better, but not perfect, so there must still be some wrong parts. The modulation still isn't working, and when the feedback is turned up past 90% the repeats are getting louder and distorting.   I'm going to pull it out of the case tomorrow and go over every part to see what's going on.
