Hey folks!
I know this is not a pedal question , but I am repairing this amp for a friend and I can not find the value of the main fuse.  If anyhone has one of these amps (its a combo)  I would sure like to know the value also if it is slo blo or not.   Next to it it says fuse f3A , but I am not sure that its a 3a fuse , according to some of the schematics I.ve seen, one said 8 or 10 amp.  I am confused and the fuse my friend had in there was a 32 volt fuse, so I really have nothing to go by.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

3 amp, 250 volt, fast acting. Generally slo-blo's are reserved for circuits that have a high current demand at start up, i.e. AC electric motors, they generally have a large current spike on start up.

If I remember correctly, the "F" is for fast acting. A slo blo would be prefixed by an "S". Example "S3A".

Do not put a larger rated fuse in here. If it's blowing, then there is a problem somewhere that needs to be addressed.

I know its an old thread, but, the fuse in my own EVH5150 combo is marked as F2AL 250v. 2amp fast blow.
