Astrotone/ Sam Ash Fuzzz Boxx vero check, please!

Does this look like it will fly?  My eyeballs hurt today.

It's just a Sam Ash Fuzz with the tone pot replaced by a resistor and a filter cap and protection diode.
I added a resistor so the minimum of the attack pot didn't result in nothing!

First off: Cant fint R2, R3, C5 and D3 in the schematic you linked, the applications of these looks intentional though (oh what does D3 do?). You lack the diode named D1 on the original schematic. Apart from that it looks good to me.
