E1 like PCB

I made this E1 like PCB based on J0K3RX's schematic, I hope I don't repost it...
it's not verified, could someone please verify it?
it's my first PCB design ever...so go easy on me...

I put the switch layout onboard, I got the PCB design from http://members.shaw.ca/roma/switching.html
you can omit the switching...
