Hfe for AC-128's

I  got  some  AC-128  trannie's  from  pedalhacker  mods  on  ebay.He  didn't  put  the  hfe  on  any  of  them  when  i  got  them.I  tried  to  check  the  hfe  with  my  velleman  m.m.,but  I'm  not getting  any  read  out.Is  there  something  i  can  do?

One question though;It doesn't say on the link what kind of switch it is?Is it just a spst on-on switch?

the switch is shown on the layout. 3 lugs and 2 are used, so yes, spst.
