Help! LINE 6 FM4 trouble

Hi! I have a trouble with my fm4 the problem is you can turn on the pedal, leds turn on and switches work perfectly. The problem is when engaged the sound is weak and when I turn to chose the effect styles all you can hear is a wobbling chaotic sound on all four channels. Its kinda weak, my guitar sound is much louder when bypassed. I tried resetting it to factory settings and still nothing happens. Does anybody have this kind of trouble and then resolved it?
