Does anyone have a pcb for a rotary switch? TS tone cap mod

Getting ready to start my next build.  Its another tube screamer clone.  This time I want to add the rotary switch for the tone cap mod.  I tried it on my first build but it caused me problems so I took it out and ran with the per plans cap.  But I'm up for trying it again.  I used perf board on my first try and didn't do something right.  I'm going to make up a small pcb for this attempt so im wondering someone has already done it or not.  If so, do you have a PDF of the layout that I can bumm off ya?
