Mosfet clippers... How do you run them?

So usually I use this setup..

If I ran two in series, would I get a little more oomph and distortion?

Quackzed

i generally thing of oomph as LESS distortion and more volume b4 distortion...
it looks like 1 mosfet clipper is in series with a ge, the other opposite mosfet on its own(no diode in series).
so if i wanted more distortion, id remove the diode... and thats as much dist as the mosfets will do as passive parts...
if i wanted more volume or oomph and less distortion id probably add a silicon diode in series with the mosfet on its own,the one without a diode in series with it, keeping the general assymetry thing. not enough?, you could keep adding diodes one on each side in series with each mosfet to up the clipping threshold and let more signal through before the clipping threshold... but that gives less distortion, more volume b4 clipping...
if you rather want more distortion out of the 2 mosfets you'd have to drive them harder by  upping the amplification before the clippers...
thats just my 2 cents tho. what i would try, treating the mosfets like any other diodes.
nothing says forever like a solid block of liquid nails!!!
