It's a crazy idea, but it is possible from my point of view could be replacing the FET's for LDR's and placing oscillator with an LED or something, because in my country (Colombia) I have the ability to buy them why not sell them and do not bring up that do not renew the contract (the other year in late October).  :icon_eek:

I need to know if this is something achievable, I have possible hypotheses, then climb .. thanks .. Goodbye  ;D

Funny you should mention this.  I've been looking for a circuit, or combination of circuits, that would let me use one single LFO to drive either a phase-shift-based vibrato, OR a tremolo.  In my case that could be either LDR-based or FET-based.  I'm not partial to one or the other.  I just want something where I can have a single rate and depth control on a panel, and a toggle switch that lets me go between vibrato and tremolo.

Edit: Nevermind, I already sent that to Mark.

And I appreciated it.  It was one of those things where there was some "decoding" required, in addition to being able to print it out (in colour) so I could see it all at once.  Kind of accidentally fell off the radar as a result.  Being sent to the printer now i preparation for the busride home.  Thanks again.

Please anyone know how to replace the FET with a LDR or something?

> something achievable

Sure, just do it.

Issues:

Lamps (LEDs) to affect the LDRs use _much_ more power than FET gates.

LDR matching is even worse than FET.

On the other hand, FETs will overload easily, LDRs won't (not in 9V systems).

What contract?

I knew that, I need to know is that if you can connect?
As I connect?
