From the set list popup choose Configure

Press delete

Press the minus sign and press the delete button:

When prompted, confirm the deletion.
Another way
Choose Do>Manage files

Search for the set list
Verify that the file has a .stl extension (this is a set list)

Press Delete Found and confirm the deletion when asked.
